Who we are

What we collect

When you fill out the quote or contact form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, organization, email, phone number, country, the equipment you are interested in and your message. We do not ask for sensitive data.

Why we use it

We use this information only to answer your request, prepare quotes and follow up on them. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a few external services to run this website. Each one may process data on servers outside Argentina:

Webflow, Inc. hosts the website and receives the forms you send.

Cloudflare, Inc. protects the quote form from spam with Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open the form, it checks your browser and may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type. It is not used to show you advertising.

Google LLC (Google Fonts) delivers the website's fonts. To download them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

Google LLC (Google Analytics) measures how the website is used, such as pages visited, approximate country, device type and how you arrived, so we can improve it. It uses cookies and does not receive what you type into the forms. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

WhatsApp and social media

If you tap the WhatsApp button, you leave this website and the conversation continues on WhatsApp, under the privacy policy of WhatsApp LLC (Meta). The same applies to our LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube pages. We only receive what you choose to send us.

Cookies

This website uses the technical cookies it needs to work and to protect its forms, and Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and our commercial relationship, and as required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to presvac@presvac.net. Under Argentine Law 25.326, you may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), as the enforcement authority of Law 25.326, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
