Frequently asked questions

Which tubes can it hold?

8, 10, 15 and 50 mL tubes, depending on the rotor: swing-out rotors for 4 to 24 tubes and fixed-angle rotors for 12 to 36 tubes.

Can I change the rotor?

Yes. Rotors are interchangeable, and the unit accepts both swing-out and fixed-angle rotors.

What is the maximum speed?

Up to 3,500 RPM with swing-out rotors and up to 5,000 RPM with fixed-angle rotors, depending on the rotor.

Do you provide installation and training?

Yes. Presvac handles installation, user training and the planning of preventive and corrective maintenance.
